    They always are on point with their care. The office is friendly, and you can tell they actually care about people. The doctors actually examine you and take the time to understand your symptoms.

    Wow... what a difference... this Urgent Care in Upland is much better than the last one that my Mom and I were at yesterday. We didn't have an appointment. They do take walk-ins. Luckily, there weren't a lot of people ahead of us. Staff was nice and welcoming. Verification of insurance and paperwork was quick and easy. Grateful they accept Wellcare by HealthNet. Thank you!!! There was a $40 copay. They informed us that after they submit the claim to the insurance and the insurance determines there should not have been a copay, they will reimburse my Mom. Sounds good to us. Inside was bright and clean. There was no wait time for us... we got lucky, but then again, it was around 6:30 PM. We went straight into one of the patient rooms. Shortly afterwards, the Physician Assistant came into the room. She was able to assess the health issue that my Mom had. She sent two prescriptions to Walgreens. Then we left. It was a very short visit... just the way my Mom likes it. This will definitely be our go-to Urgent Care from now on. By the way, they are open M-F 8 AM - 8 PM... last patient at 7:00 PM and Sat-Sun 9 AM - 5 PM... last patient at 4:00 PM. Happy and Healthy!!!
